Efficient and very helpful staff who were always there to help. Location: the hotel was near numerous bars & restaurants of all varieties as well as the centre of Ponteland. It also was to another pub.

I really appreciated the central position as it allowed easy walking access to both the vibrant eateries like Mogul Raj, just a short 5-minute stroll and the fine views at Heddon on the Wall, just over 6 km away. It made my weekend filled with good discoveries.
