The Diamond Inn - Ponteland

Efficient and very helpful staff who were always there to help. Location: the hotel was near numerous bars & restaurants of all varieties as well as the centre of Ponteland. It also was to another pub.

Welcoming and accommodating staff, breakfasts were sensational.

The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walk from Ponteland Golf Club.

I really appreciated the central position as it allowed easy walking access to both the vibrant eateries like Mogul Raj, just a short 5-minute stroll and the fine views at Heddon on the Wall, just over 6 km away. It made my weekend filled with good discoveries.

Spacious car park, yet my son received a parking fine unexpectedly.

The pub's atmosphere is lively yet cozy. Loved the easy parking and location near great eateries. The roast beef lunch was fantastic and perfectly cooked. Definitely a gem for food lovers!

Just a top selection for a weekend adventure in Ponteland with extraordinarily good value for money. The shower was a bit slippery, so be careful! Check for extra towels to avoid slipping in the shower.

We heard about a very rude manager treating an elderly customer poorly. It left a sour note on our otherwise great trip.

The stay was lovely, especially with the warm welcome we received from the staff, which made our early arrival a lot easier. The rooms were clean and cozy, providing a comfortable retreat. The atmosphere was wonderful, and we particularly enjoyed the beer garden at the back, which added a nice touch to our experience. The continental breakfast was perfectly adequate. it was a delightful stay, and I would definitely come back again.
